Merlin has added a valuable addition to his service menu--- The Smart Level. This new service will help many clients get a more complete and precise report to aid in helping with a legal case, negotiating with insurance companies, and/or to show specific, detailed evidence for your claim. The Smart Level has numerous applications and capabilities, which include but are not limited to:

Floor mapping
(SOG) Slab on grade concrete mapping
Grade elevations, with differentials up to 30-ft.
Measuring precise slope, driveways & landscaping
Accurate to within 1/16th inch
Measured in degrees or percentages
Many other applications to document accurate grade elevations
